Some people say they do, but they're lying. Nobody likes a weak drink!

• Ingredients: Irish Cream [Bailey's]; Coffee Liqueur [Kahlua]; Irish Whiskey [Jameson]; Guiness Draught Beer [one can or bottle of Guiness makes 2 Irish Car Bombs].

• Use the back of a spoon to layer the liquors in a shot glass, starting with Kahlua [1/3 of the way], then Bailey's [another 1/3], and finally float the Jameson on top.
• Open a Guiness Draught and  pour half the can (12 or 16 oz. can or bottle, but it must be Draught) into a separate glass or cup [that's taller than the shot glass].
• Carefully drop the full shot glass into the glass of Guiness , then slam the entire contents in one pull (if you can handle it). Bottoms Up!
•  Please be careful not to swallow the shot glass or break your teeth with it!

Ingredients: Tequila [Jose Cuervo, I like Gold]; Orange Liqueur [Grand Marnier or Triple Sec]; Either Sweet & Sour Mix -OR- Fresh Limes and Simple Syrup.

• Rim a margarita glass with salt and fill with ice. 

In a shaker w/ ice, mix:

• 2 - Parts Jose Cuervo
• 1 - Part Grand Marnier
• 2 - Parts Sweet & Sour (or if using fresh lime juice, then 1-Part Lime Juice and 1-Part Simple Syrup, instead of Sweet & Sour mix)
• Shake vigorously, then strain into margarita glass and enjoy!

Ingredients: Vodka [Smirnoff]; Orange Juice; 7-Up. 

In a shaker, stir:

• 1 1/4 oz. Vodka and
• 1 oz. Orange Juice, then 
• Strain into small glass and top with
• A Splash of 7-Up
• Drink straight up!

Ingredients: Vodka; Coffee Liqueur; Club Soda.

In a Highball glass with ice, pour in order listed below. Do Not Mix:

• 1 oz. Kahlua
• 1 oz. Vodka
• Top with club soda
• Using a wide straw, drink it all at once.

Ingredients: Butterscotch Schnapps; Cinnamon Schnapps; Irish Cream.

Layer equal parts in a shot glass:

• Butterscotch Schnapps
• Cinnamon Schnapps
• Irish Cream
• Use the back of a spoon to slow pour. Drink straight up. 

Basic Bar Setup

2 oz. White Rum

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

6-8 Mint Leaves (Muddled w/ a pinch of sugar)

2 tsp. Sugar

1 oz. Club Soda

Muddle Mint Leaves and a pinch of sugar in empty glass. Add ice, rum, sugar, and lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour contents into serving glass and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh lime.
